As there is difference in sizing chart as small size of UK is not the same one in USA, moreover, if you buy large size of Canada it may not the perfect fit for large size in Australia. Sizes are different for different countries therefore, we work really hard to give customers what they want to, go through the size chart provided on our website before placing order to face any inconvenience.
However, if you are not satisfied with the product which you received as it may not according to your expectation than send it back to us with all necessary attached tags, receipts and the same packaging within the time period of “20 day”. For your convenience we have trained professional for dedicated customer service to guide you the entire procedure of how to return and exchange your items. Note: As we do email to shopper after getting your order to confirm your size. However, we request you to provide valid email address during placing order. In case if we not get the reply from the customer confirming about the size in 12 hours then we process the order, thus after receiving your product if you claim about issue in size then we will not accept the return in this case.
You have to email us identifying the problem or defect you have the size issue and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number deprived of which we will not accept any return.

When we receive it, after going through the inspection we will issue the refund or return according to customers’ demand.
The important thing you may take care is the item or items you want to return or exchange must be in original condition as you received it. Moreover, you have to pay the freight charges and make sure the courier service you are going to use is reliable as we are not accountable in any case of loss or theft.
In such case you got the wrong parcel which you didn’t order then company is responsible to pay shipping charges.
